  • Alyson leads you through time-saver recipe demos and nutrition education enabling you to start the year right with healthy, delicious foods.
  • Goal setting wellbeing exercises help you jumpstart healthy habits and transform your body for the year to come.
  • Expert personal trainer, Tony Sancho, gets your blood pumping with an “anywhere workout;” learn a 15 minute workout that can bust stress, and tone your body on set, at home or at the office.
  • Experience a life-changing meditation session lead by Yoga Nidra expert, Namee Baijal, who will teach you how to incorporate this valuable stress management technique proven to help the body and brain recover from the effects of a busy lifestyle.  
  • Break through barriers on weight loss and career mind blocks with an Emotional Freedom Technique session lead by EFT instructor and television producer, Sara Allison.

The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Coach.
